Syncra is led by its founder, Stephen Golban, who stays on every project from the first email to launch and after. Specialists join when a project needs them, and you always know who is doing what — no account managers in between.

Do you work with clients in the EU and the US?+
Yes. Syncra works with clients anywhere, in English from the first email to the handover. Syncra Studio is the trading name of SYNCRA SRL, a company registered in the Republic of Moldova (IDNO 1025605006423). Moldova has been an EU candidate country since 2022.
How do time zones work?+
We're in Chișinău, on Eastern European Time — one hour ahead of Berlin and Paris, so our working day overlaps the EU's. For the US East Coast, our afternoon is your morning. Day to day we work in writing, by email and shared docs, and schedule calls when they're useful.
What about contracts, NDAs and GDPR?+
You get a written contract in English, signed electronically, and we're happy to review your own template. We'll sign your NDA or provide a mutual one before you share details. When a project handles personal data, we sign a GDPR data processing agreement (DPA).
How do invoicing and payment work?+
SYNCRA SRL issues invoices in EUR or USD, paid by international bank transfer.
How does a project start?+
With an email. We reply with questions or first thoughts, then have a short call about your goals, users, constraints and timing. Before any work begins, you get a written proposal with the scope, approach and timeline.
What happens after launch?+
You can keep us on for ongoing support — hosting, monitoring, fixes and new features — or come back whenever you need something. Either way, the people who built it pick it up.
